FBISE Admission Form Submission Instructions
You must submit admission forms online according to the following instructions:
- All candidates should upload their online Admission forms with Bank Challans, through which the requisite fees are deposited on the FBISE online portal.
- To avoid the necessity of paying additional fees or rejection of the admission form(s).Â
- You must pay fees through HBL or MCB branches within Pakistan or through easy pay.Â
- It is the only bank challan that will be accepted.
- Candidates who appeared/passed SSC Part-I Examination from boards other than FBISE must submit separate online admission forms.
- You must upload verified result cards from their respective boards.
- We will not accept drafts/incomplete admission forms.
- All candidates of SSC Part-II have the option of appearing in/any number of papers from SSC Part-I along with Part II, which will mention in the Admission Form.
- The Institution/Candidate should mention his/her accessibility needs on the Admission Form in black and white.
- Candidates must also submit a Proforma designed for this purpose.
