130000 teachers have been promoted in KPK (Latest government teaching jobs ). In addition, thousands of PSTs, SPSTs, PSHTs, and SSTs have been promoted. As per the 4-tier Formula, they will promote 5000 students. Additionally, the government said the education department would recruit new teachers using the new scales.
ESED KPK announced all upgrades in the scales would begin on 01 July . Below, we explain what new scales will be used to promote teachers of different cadres.

Additionally, the KPK Government promoted CT/CT-IT, DM, AT, PET, and TT to Scale 16 from Scale 15 and Qari to Scale 12. Additionally, a 4-tier formula is authorized for teachers, allowing promotions for 13,888 teachers in BPS-17-20 scales.
BPS -15 to BPS-16 for Drawing Masters, Art Teachers, Physical Education Teachers, and Class Teachers. Qari’s school position has been upgraded to BPS-14 from BPS-12.
New Vacancies In Higher Education Department Government of KPK
- From BPS-12 to BPS-14, 51,736 primary school teachers (PSTs) and 17,926 senior teachers will be promoted
- A total of 21,316 primary school head teachers have been promoted
- 20,247 secondary school teachers have been promoted from BPS-16 to BPS-17
Teachers will also be promoted using a 4-tier formula covering BPS-17-20 scales. Qari has been upgraded from BPS-12 to BPS-14, as have CTs, DMs, ATs, and PETs.
